My wife and I have just leased our third Mazda vehicles together. Overall, this is my fourth Mazda. The vehicles themselves are always excellent, fun to ride, and very reliable. So far, I am in love with my 2021 CX-9 Grand Touring and my wife is in love with her 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring. For our first two leases, we went through another RI Mazda dealer. We loved our salesperson at this dealership, but the dealership itself failed us as customers and we felt like merely a number there when dealing with all other departments (service, financing, collision center). Enter Flood Mazda. From the moment we walked into Flood, we felt like part of the family. We felt appreciated, valued, and welcome. On our first visit to Flood Mazda in the fall, we were greeted by our salesperson, Lauren. She was extremely outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and not your typical pushy salesperson. She and Russ (the GM) were upfront and honest and told us it didn't make financial sense for us to get out of our leases just yet but that they would keep an eye out for future incentives and let us know when it might make more sense to trade them in. About 6 months later, Lauren reached out to us to rework the numbers to see if it made more sense, and it did! She worked with us, went to bat for us, was extremely patient with us, and the deal was completed without us even setting foot in Flood Mazda until the night we pickled up the cars. It was easy with virtually no hassle! Lauren is a rockstar, and we hope to work with her again in the future. The financing application was completed online and the documentation Flood needed was sent through email. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T LET FLOOD MAZDA'S LOCATION IN WAKEFIELD DETER YOU FROM BUYING OR LEASING A MAZDA FROM THEM! Even the day we picked up our new vehicles was so much easier than when we picked up our vehicles from our former dealership. Lauren was very welcoming and greeted us with a huge smile! Every second of our time was valued and utilized either signing paperwork, reviewing new features in the new cars, or going over the Flood Advantage Plan. There was not a moment wasted. Cody, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with! He was funny, relatable, and down-to-earth. When we drove off the lot in our new vehicles, we felt like we had gained another family member.
