I always volunteer to bring my wife's car in for service just so I can hang out in the waiting room, love that place. I had a completely different experience at Flood Mazda than I have had at other dealerships in the past. No nonsense or misleading information from the sales team, and no harsh or adversarial bargaining p than I have had at other dealerships in the past. Phil Barry, our salesman, did a great job helping us through the process and making us feel welcome. He was also very knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with him. Anthony DeAngelis stepped in to help with the financial paperwork in the absence of the usual finance person even though it wasn't his specialty, and made the process painless. This type of upfront, straightforward, and fair treatment should be the standard for modern car dealerships. More
