They stepped up to the plate when my car got flooded out in a huge predawn rainstorm and was out of commission for 3 months waiting for a new engine. Unfortunately the Flood price for a new CX5 lease was about $100/month than a competitor, so I leased elsewhere Service people were wonderful, especially Steven! More

Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much time in my new vehicle showing me how to use all the features, since I traded in a 9 year old "basic" car that didn't have any of the new safety features, Apple car play, etc. I am not a frequent car buyer, (clearly) but I am now a Flood Mazda fan and recommend everyone visit Flood Mazda for a great car purchase experience.
