Supervisor took charge and corrected my bill. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told they couldn’t do tire rotation but on check out I was charged for tire rotation and when I que I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told they couldn’t do tire rotation but on check out I was charged for tire rotation and when I questioned it I was told oh they did it. Went home and noticed marks on front tire rims indicating they were not rotated.also one stripped lug nut. Went back to dealer and supervisor checked everything out and issued me a refund. More
