It did not go well. I needed transmission help with my Suburban (don't we all *eye roll*) and they made the situation more of a headache than I ever expected. Long story I needed transmission help with my Suburban (don't we all *eye roll*) and they made the situation more of a headache than I ever expected. Long story short, I took my vehicle elsewhere. The fact that the GM transmission is completely BACKORDERED with hundreds (possibly thousands) of customers waiting for new transmissions should tell them their part is crap, but they choose to avoid the issue altogether. Overall this dealership was a waste of my time. More

We have had multiple issues in the last few years but, the most recent was yesterday. Several weeks ago, we got an estimate to replace the rear wiper arm. Estimate was $102 for part and labor. We paid for the most recent was yesterday. Several weeks ago, we got an estimate to replace the rear wiper arm. Estimate was $102 for part and labor. We paid for the part then and yesterday went back to have it installed. The service advisor tried to have us sign an estimate of over $200 for the part and labor. He didn't remember giving us an estimate and couldn't find the record. Very frustrating. We are looking for a new dealer. More
