Was having repairs done to my F150 in the collision shop. Dropped the truck off on Sunday night before the repairs were to begin on Monday. After not hearing from the dealership fir several days I made contact on Thursday to find they had lost my paperwork and no work had been done on my truck. They apologized and said work would begin on the next day. I finally picked my truck up the following Friday. It is still missing a back ordered part. More
