Ali was a fantastic salesman. He made me feel like he really cared about what I wanted and getting me the best deal. I was treated very well, and after several hours came out with a good deal. I feel it could have been faster since it was the only vehicle sold that day, shouldn't have taken that long to get a deal but that with a good deal. Patrick at Front Royal Ford is wonderful. My husband and I made our first car purchase together at the end of 2024 and Patrick was extremely helpful through every step. The truck needed servi My husband and I made our first car purchase together at the end of 2024 and Patrick was extremely helpful through every step. The truck needed servicing before we could take it home, so he set us up in a loaned Bronco and communicated with us throughout each day so that we knew what was going on and had a timeline. When the day came that our truck was ready to be delivered, Patrick waited all day, and even though the delivery team had already gone home, he drove it 45 minutes to our house in Manassas, in the pouring rain, after business hours, on New Years Eve. We were very impressed with Patrick and Front Royal Ford for going above and beyond to take care of us and will recommend them to friends/family for future car purchases. More
