I've never had a Subaru before, and after less than a week I'm not sure I will ever drive anything else - I LOVE my new CrossTrek. And Evelyn was outstanding! She was friendly, and so knowledgeable about week I'm not sure I will ever drive anything else - I LOVE my new CrossTrek. And Evelyn was outstanding! She was friendly, and so knowledgeable about the car she answered questions I'd forgotten to ask. I never felt pressured; she actually made the process fun. When I picked up my car, she patiently went over every feature with me - and there are a *lot* of features. Everyone at Garavel was very friendly. The business manager, Tom, made the money part painless ... okay, almost painless. :) Look forward to taking my car back there for maintenance. More
