Purchased a legacy 5 years ago (great car). The finance and insurance (f&i) person sold me an extended service contract and said it covered all services through 60k miles. Since I don’t drive much, I rece and insurance (f&i) person sold me an extended service contract and said it covered all services through 60k miles. Since I don’t drive much, I recently learned the contract ends the earlier of 60k miles or 4 years. I lost 30% of the services. It’s my fault I didn’t read the fine print, but the f&i person was deceptive. I gave Garavel the opportunity to correct and they declined. I will most certainly buy another Subaru, but not from Garavel. More
