I’ve worked with Darlene on a number of occasions, and she has not only been patient and accommodating, but went above and beyond to understand my needs and deliver a great experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and held my best interest and experience as her #1 priority. Highly recommend! Yogi was also very knowledgeable and supportive. Not your typical used car manager, but rather made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and did whatever he could to accommodate my needs. Also committed to offering the best financing interest rate anywhere, which he then did - awesome! My experience in the finance office was unfortunately what I’ve come to expect at a typical, pushy dealer: a long sit in the waiting room followed by a hard sell of upgraded warrantees, even after I made very clear several times in the conversation I was not interested. Recognizing Jose was likely just doing his job, he used lots of warranty jargon, raced through complicated topics, and seemed to talk right past my comments. I also had to ask multiple times to have the optional VIN window etching service removed from the services/bill (which they finally did), only to find out as I was driving home that the windows were already etched - neglectful at best, deceitful at worst. Again, overall a great experience, and I am very happy with the value and with the quality of my Certified Preowned Subaru Outback. You won’t regret visiting Garavel - ask for Darlene! More
