Right from the start with dealing with Elena contacting me for a Subaru Forester test drive and pricing. No pressure to come in, just provided me information on the car and prices (even the car sticker!) over the phone. When I showed up an hour early --it was not a problem. She had Evelyn Santiago help me choose and go over the options. Evelyn was friendly and most important knowledgeable. I have been searching for a replacement to my Honda CRV-EX-L with navi lease (it was my 4th Honda lease). I visited over 8 dealerships and drove cars including Nissan Rouge, Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV-LX and EX-L, Volkswagen Tiguan and even a Limited Edition Subaru Forester (a different dealer). No salesperson can compare with Evelyn. The information and relaxed atmosphere of Garavel Subaru is unmatched!! Trust me on this because the dealerships I visited included the Bronx, Yonkers, New Rochelle and Stamford! Everyone I dealt with at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk was very professional and polite.
