My husband and I initially came in and met with Sam to consider Subaru options after my Legacy lease had ended; we were only in the "looking around stage" at that point and Sam couldn't have been more helpful, candid, and free from high-pressure selling strategies. For this reason, we specifically asked for Sam when we came back the second time; he spent the afternoon test-driving multiple cars with us assessing what we liked and did not like about each.
