Aboe and beyond Brought my Crosstrek in for regular service, but had a problem I hadn't anticipated. Due to my backing up and hitting the passenger side rear bumper, some of the car's bells and whistles weren't working. Fixing required body work and an insurance claim. Left my car, insurance adjuster visited Garavel, Garavel facilitated getting my car to Marty's in Norwalk for body work -- coordinated everything for me, keeping me in the loop the whole while. It was easy . I was bringing my least Subaru to service for a small upgrade and decided to look at the 2019 models since my lease was going to be up in a few mon . I was there early in the morning and so at that point Teddy, the sales manager was the only one in the show room. He was very pleasant very smart and gave me an off a lot of information. At that several of the salesman came in and Teddy asked Chris Scarlet to help me. Chris was very polite and very kind and thoughtful. He took me for a test drive and after I returned we worked on negotiating the price for me to turn in my leased car a little bit early and get the 2019 Impreza. An excellent experience. More

Saved from flood Garavel exceeds in an emergency! Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recom Garavel exceeds in an emergency! Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied.
