The car we were looking for was for our daughter, she was getting her license in November and we needed a dependable and safe vehicle. I leased and ultimately purchased a 2008 Subaru Outback in 2008 from Garavel and was very happy with it and Garavel, so we returned for a preowned Forrester. Our first choice was being eyed over by another potential buyer but they were not certain. Darlene warned us, advised us to test drive the vehicle and decide asap - it was not high pressure - she just wanted to ensure that if we were sure we would get what we wanted. We were sure and within no time Darlene was handing us the keys to our daughter's new preowned Subaru. Darlene made certain the process went smoothly and it did. The car was a 2014 but looked new, we were very pleasantly surprised. Darlene also called us twice after the purchase to make sure we were happy and that there were no issues with the vehicle. Darlene is a real professional and she cares about people. We would highly recommend her!!! More
