Excellent! I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very pro I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very professional and easy going. He helped me find the right car for my sister and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to come back and buy a car for myself three months later. This was the first time that I have bought a used car off of a lot and I was very distrustful at first but Sam quickly won me over. He is a straight shooter. I also enjoyed working with Sam's colleagues in sales; Logan Hankins, Jeff Nunez and Joe Wiatzyk. I have to say I am very impressed with the entire Garavel team. They really surprised me on more than one occasion with their dedication to service and honesty. I did end up bringing my car back in for a minor issue soon after purchasing it and Garavel picked up the bill under their own 90 day warranty that came with the car. The Garavel team took great care of me from the Sam and Logan in sales to Technician that diagnosed and resolved the problems to Maegan Collazo in Service who communicated by phone and email with me to schedule the service. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions, being a first time car owner, and never made me feel as if the question was stupid. Miles changed my experience about car buying in a positive way. I can't say enough good things about him, he is amazing at his job and really understands how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable, I really appreciate people like Miles. Fumi was amazing too. He made my sale experience smooth as well. He went out of his way to help me and you do not find that anymore. Jose was patience with me and took time to explain everything, which I appreciate. The whole car buying experience freaked me out at first because I always had this notion that the sales people would be pushy, not at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. They really take the time to understand your needs and make the experience enjoyable. BTW - Lulu, Miles dog, won me over because I am a huge fan of rescued dogs and that was just the cherry onto of an excellent car by experience. Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and taking the time to really explain everything to me. More
