I'm trying to understand why appointment times are necessary if they don't get in on time and it takes two hours for an oil change / tire rotation. We drive an hour and fifteen minutes to use Gates se necessary if they don't get in on time and it takes two hours for an oil change / tire rotation. We drive an hour and fifteen minutes to use Gates service. We brought two cars in a half hour apart and each vehicle took two hours. My hope is you will respect your customers time. More
