My truck has been making the noise I took my truck in for since I left the shop. The same noise I was told they couldn't get it to make. I paid $500 for pretty much nothing. As usual we focus on what we can since I left the shop. The same noise I was told they couldn't get it to make. I paid $500 for pretty much nothing. As usual we focus on what we can find that has a possible answer than do the difficult search for the original reason it was brought in for... especially when the customer told you he has been trying to get Gates to find this issue since he bought it from Gates! I will not be back and if I can help it I will direct everyone I know and can spread it to not to use Gates for anything! More
