Sales rep offered many things he truly could not deliver and offered no incentives. Car was a certified pre-owned but it was dirty in the inside along with a cracked front bumper. The body shop did fix he crack prior to pickup but the sales rep tried to get me to take the car as is. I put $8000 down and the sales rep didn't even make sure the car had gas in it. He also never showed me any of the cars features and functionality, I learned everything from youtube. I bought the extended warranty that was offered and expressed my concerns about the rims on the car since they are covered and he just had them cleaned up instead of having them replaced. There was also a scratch on the rear bumper, once again he acted as if it wasn't there and in so many words said that's what comes with buying used and not new. Not happy with customer service or experience at all. More
