70,000 Mile Service The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was tol The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was told that one difference was that a tech would look at it. My car was pulled into the oil change area which expedited the process but seemed to contradict what I was told on the phone as it did not appear that a regular mechanic looked at the vehicle. Also, the brochure mailed out stated the car would be washed with the but it was not. However, the basic service seems to have been completed correctly which is the most important aspect. I will continue to use Gates Service. More

She was friendly and showed me what options were available to me. When my daughter is in the market for a new to her car she will be sure to see Missy. I wish I could say my experience with the finance department was as great. The rep I worked with was stand offish and not personable. He made myself and my daughter feel like a burden. The actual financing was not a problem, but his attitude was. When discussing extended warranties etc, when we questioned it we were made to feel like we would be dumb to not take it. My daughter has worked in customer service for many years dealing with customers who have purchased extended warranties which did nothing for them. When she expressed this concern she was dismissed and talked down to. My daughter said if she was buying the car and our sales person had not been so wonderful she would of walked out. We both felt as though he treated us poorly and that we didnt know anything. It felt as though we were treated that way because we are women. Upon returning home, we did discover a few minor imperfections that we had previously missed which I would like to speak to someone about further. Again overall I am happy with the experience. More
