I’m very disappointed with how my recent car purchase was handled, particularly regarding the warranties. I specifically asked about the warranties during the process, and the salesman told me I needed to pu handled, particularly regarding the warranties. I specifically asked about the warranties during the process, and the salesman told me I needed to purchase them since it was a new vehicle. Based on that, I trusted their guidance — only to find out when I finally got the paperwork emailed that one of the warranties I didn't need to purchase the vehicle and the other two were extended to 5 years without informing me when I just needed for 1. This feels misleading and dishonest. Instead of helping me make an informed decision, I was pressured into buying products I didn’t need, which added unnecessary costs to my purchase. I expected more transparency and honesty from a professional dealership. If you’re buying a car here, be extremely careful. Ask for all warranty details in writing and double-check every number before signing anything. I hope this dealership reviews how they train their sales team. More

My passenger door paint doesn't match my vehicle. I noticed it about 2 weeks after I bought it, & when I notified the salesman he stated he would talk to his manager & get back to me. I waited a week & a half & had to call him & basically he kicked me to the curb. I spent over $30,000.00 on my used truck & paid in cash. I was truly let down by his nonchalant attitude towards me once I paid. When I discussed the truck with him before I bought it I specifically asked him if there was anything on the CarFax, or any other damage he new about & he said it was clean & they did not know of any. I am not going to be a repeat customer if this is way we are neglected. More
