When we went into Stas's office to actually purchase the car, fees were added on - protection plus and anti theft and we didn't want either. After complaining, he did remove the anti theft, but they would car, fees were added on - protection plus and anti theft and we didn't want either. After complaining, he did remove the anti theft, but they would not remove the Protection Plus which is $495 for only 1 year and doesn't cover much. When I said we didn't want that, he said they HAVE to put it on. I have purchased many cars and this has always been optional. Just purchased a car for my daughter at another dealer and they didn't charge us anything extra and also let us do our own licensing and title. Gateway Nissan wouldn't let us and charged $299 extra for that also. Felt like they scammed us and forced fees on us we didn't want. More
