Brandon Schafer, although a younger guy completely went above and beyond my expectations! I was having a little buyers remorse when it came to certain aspects of the truck after driving it for a week. I showed up at the dealership with no appointment or notice I was coming. From the front desk immediately greeting me and asked if i needed any assistance. I saw Brandon across the room and without hesitation approached me with professionalism and kindness. He sat down with me and listened to everything I had to say. Immediately came up with several different solutions, explained them in detail afterwards he brought me down to accessory department he and another gentleman not only made suggestions. Showed me all options, ran all numbers and received a discount on accessories. I felt bad that I was taking so much of his time to cater to me. Not only was he happy to do so he assured me that his goal was to make me happy. I have never been treated with such professionalism. from the financial dept, the salesperson, accessory department and sales manager. I believe they have definitely succeeded in making the right changes and I absolutely love my truck. I would like to say that in all my years shopping no matter the reason, this was a by far the most enjoyable. I was there for three hours… not only did I feel like they truly cared about my whole experience. Such comradeship among the staff, I felt right at ease and felt HEARD and UNDERSTOOD for the first time in any retail setting. The whole team made me feel like my buying a vehicle was as important to them as well. These are some of the most honest and caring people I’ve come across in 30 years. In closing it was a really fun, enjoyable experience. There is no shortage of sales people, no matter their experience that would benefit from witnessing what a salesman should be by learning from Brandon
