I was a nice experience working with Gateway, they were very friendly and helpful in explaining to me about everything about buying a car as it was my first car, and was not sure about things. I felt when I was asking him, he had to go to his manager everytime...I mean its not bad to just ask instead of answering if you unsure but it was happening to everything when I ask a basic question. And I had to do my homework about the car instead he telling me everything about the car like maintaineance, features, and stuff like that. I felt he should have done all his research on everything about that car before I walk in after he knew which car I was looking in it. More
