HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT By far they have the worst service dept I have ever been to. Had an appt at 8:30 am for a recall so my truck doesn't start on fire, get there at 8:15 By far they have the worst service dept I have ever been to. Had an appt at 8:30 am for a recall so my truck doesn't start on fire, get there at 8:15 and of course the line to get registered in for my appt is out the door. I sat there until after my appt with not one employee checking on people waiting to get in to shop. I left. I should have known better because its the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE.
