Zack is the Best I was in the process of looking for a lease; which was something new to me! After passing by Germain Lexus at Easton, I seen they were having their end of the year sale! Once arriving the receptionist was very nice and led me to Zach! Zach was amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and wanted to ensure I chose a vehicle that I truly wanted verses settling. I didn't want to make a irrational decision, so I waited a few weeks. But in that time, he called to check on me and asked why I was indecisive. Once I decided I was going to purchase my car he made sure I had the color I desired, the interior I desired, and the process was effortless.
