After 9 plus years and extraordinary service from folks like Kevin Daniels, follow up by my sales person (Patrick) who has since left the dealership, and genuine warmth and professional attentiveness, my wife and I decided to consider trading in our 2004 LS 430 for a new LS 460. A visit to the dealership, incredible attention and help by the staff, especially Janet Jameson my salesperson, and three 85 mile round trips to the dealership we very proudly drove our new LS 460 hom this evening and could not have been more pleased or excited with oue new vehicle. Janet walked us through the entire process and took the time to answer every conceivable question we raised bfore saying "it's a deal". The delivery process was truly special. JB Woodring, tech specialist, explained and instructed on every detail of the car. John Germain was as kind and helpful as one could hope, and of course, Janet led the way. Over the years I have recommended numerous people from our home town to the Germain dealership in Columbus. You can be sure I will continue to do so. I am a very strong believer in customer services and Janet, John, Kevin and JB deserve special recogniion for their committment to making our purchasing experience nothing less than perfect. I have now bought 4 RX350's from this dealership over the last 6 years. I have found them to be very responsive to my questions and wants. They have been respectful of my time as I live about 100 miles the last 6 years. I have found them to be very responsive to my questions and wants. If the time was going to be excessive in completing the service, a loaner vehicle was given to me. They went as far as bringing my car to me at my house or office when the repair was complet. To me, this level of service sets Germain apart from the rest of all automobile dealerships. As for Alyssa Shea, she has been the best sales associate with whom I have ever worked. She is always present with a smile. She is knowledgeable about her product. She personally delivered 2 of my vehicles to me. I cannot express how much this meant to me. My husband’s prefers the Cadillac brand and had his mind made up that in 2014 he would purchase a new one. Unfortunately, three weeks prior to our coming to the Lexus dealership my husband was involved in a made up that in 2014 he would purchase a new one. Unfortunately, three weeks prior to our coming to the Lexus dealership my husband was involved in an accident. The vehicle was at the body shop for repair, but after a more a detailed review by the shop we learned the damaged to the car was more extensive than any of us thought and would have to be totaled out. Our schedules are very busy and hectic and we knew we needed a replacement car right away. I had some free time and visited the Easton Cadillac dealership to checkout cars we had viewed on the web. On a whim I decided to also visit the Lexus site and there I met Preston. Preston has an infectious personality that immediately rubs off on you. He is personable, efficient and is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product. He was able to answer all our questions and provided us with more than enough information to make an informed decision. After meeting with my husband, Preston had convinced him (a die-hard Cadillac fan) that he should give the Lexus brand a try. Time constraints prevented us from test driving the car that day but Preston understood the urgency of our need to purchase a vehicle right away. He made it convenient for us to come in the next day. We were able to call him 30 minutes prior to our second visit and he had the car ready to go 5 minutes after our arrival. Even though the time we spent with Preston was brief, it is apparent to us he has a clear understanding of what customer service is all about. Each time we met he was consistently attentive to our needs. He provided refreshments and made sure the buying process went smoothly. He took care of all the paperwork prior to our arrival and made good use of our time by arranging for us to talk with the technical person during our wait to finalize the purchase. We are grateful to Preston for his expertise, his patience in working around our schedules and for his inspirational statements. It is mainly because of him our first purchase, at a Germain’s dealership, has been a pleasant and wonderful experience. More
I have never experienced the level of service I received at Germain Lexus, it was without doubt of an extremely high caliber. From the moment I pulled in to the service area until the time I pulled out I w at Germain Lexus, it was without doubt of an extremely high caliber. From the moment I pulled in to the service area until the time I pulled out I was treated with courtesy by everyone I met and everything was done to make my wait as comfortable as possible. I was shuttled to Easton Town Center, even though I had not requested it at the time I booked my visit. The car was ready within the time frame I was given, and while waiting in the lounge, Brian Jordan, the salesman who had sold me the car came over to ask how I was enjoying the car and if there was anything I needed. I cannot imagine another dealership treating their customers in a similar manner. Thank you Germain More
