I had been looking for a SUV for my wife. she had a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with way too many miles. I had been searching most the summer to put her into something nice, new, low miles and descent gas mile Jeep Grand Cherokee with way too many miles. I had mostly been searching online, when my wife expressed on her fondness for the looks of the Lexus. I realized the expense of one but also realized that my wife would never consider purchasing one. But, She is well worth it. I submitted online to several dealerships and on Sunday evening received phone from Lexus of Easton. A very polite man by the name of Aso Danso. Aso talked about my preference of vehicles and assured me they had a variety of vehicles that would meet my needs. we set a time for a visit.... My wife was still unsure of the price of a Lexus being more than what she wanted to spend on a vehicle, so the first visit I decided to make on my own. My description of Germain Lexus dealership upon arriving i can only describe as 5 star! A used car lot that resembles your top of the line auto dealers. I was met outside beside the suv's one of the sales reps (Erika)who helped me with the suv's was very polite and knowledgeable. She stayed and helped me out until Aso arrived.Aso was kind positive and never once pushy (All great qualities in a person). My first test drive of the RX 350 was great, But Then Aso brought me to the RX 400 H, Immediately I loved this car. Aso Took his time explaining all the features and was very patient with me, even when I was confused with some of the details the the Hybrid (what is up with no engine noise at start up). Since this Vehicle is for my wife, Aso and I setup a date for us to get together the following Saturday afternoon. I informed Aso that my wife would be a hard sell, and if he wanted to make to make this deal happen, he would have to bring his "A" game. That evening I filled my wife in on everything that I saw at Germain Lexus. I enjoyed everything, right down to the restrooms. I told her of Aso, letting her know that I NEVER felt like i was a number, they treated me like we have know each other for some time I was very comfortable with them. Upon arrival Saturday, I let my wife know that there isn't a final sale unless she is completely happy... It took awhile before met up with Aso, not because he was hiding from us or ignoring us. he was with other customers, and literally running around the place helping his other customers (I can appreciate that in a person). He shown my wife both the RX 350 and the 400 Hybrid, Test driving both. Once again, Aso was very patient with all my wife's questions, Which took approximately three hours. Aso handled everything with patience and charm. Now our decision came down to the two cars (the RX's). Aso crunched the numbers on both cars and when it came down to it, the Hybrid was the better deal... with Lexus we received a far better deal on a loan than we did with our own bank. Unfortunately, we could not finalize everything that day (A previous engagement had us leaving before we could finish all the paperwork). We came back the following week to finalize everything... Aso programed the cars handsfree Bluetooth and explained how the system operated for my wife... When we were all finished for the evening, I personally felt that my wife and I had made a great investment on a used vehicle. Fit and finish this in excellent Condition. Just love it... We haven't totally tested everything yet, but we are looking forward to finding out the MPG. As for the downside. It is a bit pricey but I believe you get the options for the price. The real big thing is Aso needs to be a triplet!!! that way EVERYONE can enjoy a great LEXUS experience!!! It Is my opinion to everyone interest in a great vehicle, From A great dealership, visit Germain Lexus Of Easton. I guarantee you'll enjoy your time there...
