Amazing! I came in over a year ago to buy a Toyota 4runner off road! Neil instructed me to come back since I was still locked into my lease. Very disappointed! No counter offer was given after I made an offer for a vehicle. I was told the sales price was the final offer. Brought in my Tundra for warranty service. Hi I gave them 5 stars because . When I spoke with the person to schedule the appointment we agreed on a time of 11.AM. When we pulled into the service I gave them 5 stars because . When I spoke with the person to schedule the appointment we agreed on a time of 11.AM. When we pulled into the service garage, my name was on the display and I was.greeted very warmly. Then we were directed to the service person Nichole Willissge was very efficient and friendly. We knew our Tundra was in good hands. The last time we brought our Tundra in for service we noticed a large dent in the panel behind the passenger’s side rear door. I can’t say for sure but I think someone in the shop could have been horseing around and someone landed against that part of my truck and caused the dent. Anyway this time we felt better about leaving my truck. The rest of the time went very smoothly. We got a courtesy car and we were on our way in no time. The next day I received a call from the service department that our Tundra was all done. Thanks for the good service this time. More
