I called looking for a truck that was hard to find. Low and behold they said they had one. I specifically asked for a 6.5 foot bed and I was told 3 different times absolutely they had just what I was looki and behold they said they had one. I specifically asked for a 6.5 foot bed and I was told 3 different times absolutely they had just what I was looking for, to come in right away, and bring my last 2 pay stubs!! Whatever that meant! I had to drive a ways to get there and called on my way to let them know I would be very upset if they didn't have what they said they had. No problem they said. I drove all the way there and they friggin lied to me, but said don't worry, they can order one and it should be in in 8 to 12 weeks, just have a seat and we can get started! They can kiss my butt. I was sooo mad I couldn't believe they would do that to someone. Go ANYWHERE but here if you want somewhat decent treatment. More

I am very happy with the service I received at Golf Mill Ford while setting up a lease for a new Ford Explorer! I pretty much just worked with Ken Park, who said he was new, but went WAY above and beyond my Ford while setting up a lease for a new Ford Explorer! I pretty much just worked with Ken Park, who said he was new, but went WAY above and beyond my expectations for the service quality I would get while buying my new car. While deciding on how I wanted to lease it, I decided I wanted to trade in my wife’s old car, but it was at home, and I had driven my work truck to the dealership. I figured I was going to have to come back another day to bring in my wife’s car and trade it for the Explorer, but Ken actually offered to drive the Explorer to my house for me! I drove my work truck home and he followed me in the Explorer, and when we got there I kept the Explorer and he drove back to the dealership with my wife’s old car. I didn’t think anyone would go that far (about 40 miles) and do that favor for me, but it REALLY helped! I am very happy with their service and I will definitely be back! More
