Unlike any other ! Jimmy rocks ! Let’s face it car sales men don’t always get the best reputation but jimmy A was absolutely amazing. Good experience I came to this dealership for them to buy my vehicle; they ended up having the vehicle I wanted at one of their other dealerships and went and got it I came to this dealership for them to buy my vehicle; they ended up having the vehicle I wanted at one of their other dealerships and went and got it for me the same day. Christian Rivera the salesman that took care of me was great and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was right for me. Appreciate the help! Easy no haggle purchase I went to Golf Mill Ford to look at some use vehicles for my daughter (her first car). I just happen to meet Ray Lacey (sales) as I was walking in. I I went to Golf Mill Ford to look at some use vehicles for my daughter (her first car). I just happen to meet Ray Lacey (sales) as I was walking in. I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful. He was professional and very informative. While discussing options he informed me of a theirs specials and incentives on the Ford Focus which was perfect for my daughter. I traded in my motorcycle since I no longer ride and the staff made this process easy. I got what I asked for and Golf Mill worked to get me where I wanted to be as far as monthly payments. The process was short and painless. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely return to Golf Mill Ford to buy our next Ford. More

There were a few things that were not perfect, like first telling me they had a vehicle, then telling me it sold when I got there with specifics on where and when it was sold, them miraculously finding it again after I told them I didn't like the alternative vehicles they had on the lot. Their online pricing is also all a game and not what they show unless you can qualify for every incentive Ford can offer. Not may can be a first responder, active military and student all at the same time, so that's pretty BS. More
