Most dealerships play games, Goodson Acura sells cars! Just leased a 2020 Acura TLX (my second) from Alex Kirklighter at Goodson, and it was the best experience I've ever had getting a new vehicle! Alex Just leased a 2020 Acura TLX (my second) from Alex Kirklighter at Goodson, and it was the best experience I've ever had getting a new vehicle! Alex was super friendly and efficient with my time. I was worried about having to negotiate but, right off the bat, I was presented with such a good deal I had to take it; they really wanted my business and their direct approach was very much appreciated. The whole process, from check in and test drive to keys in hand, took barely two hours and I was made plenty comfortable during any downtime in their upscale store, which also has a great selection of complimentary amenities to choose from. If you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle this Christmas, dont waste your time at any of the other nickle and dime shops, unless you want to play games and dont value your time. Where is my Wheel Lock Key? I took my new RDX in for the first A1 service. I always write the numbers on my tires so I know the rotation pattern used each time. I did receive an oil change, however, the tires were not rotated. On my way home I stopped at Discount Tire and they attempted to rotate the tires but could not locate the wheel lock key. It has always been in the glove compartment on all my other vehicles and I had never even checked on this new vehicle, so I was very concerned that I may never have received the key. The next morning I must admit, I was very distressed. I called Goodson and Darlene answered the call. She was so patient, I was so upset. She remained calm, focused, kind, and caring in her tone. She said she had an MDX and that they put the wheel lock in the back with the spare. She walked me through how to find the spare with such a calm, caring, somewhat humorous attitude that I felt so joyous when it was indeed in with the spare. That call went from being the worst part of my day to the best part of my week by just speaking with Darlene. Words alone cannot do justice to her ability to provide a solution and deescalate a situation. More
