Love my Ford Trucks but can't say much about Fort Service after the sale since they can't supply parts needed for repair. Very disappointing to have to buy a new vehicle due to the fact that parts are on ind after the sale since they can't supply parts needed for repair. Not a dealer issue its a Ford supply chain issue. and shows they really could care less about their customers and only care about vehicle sales. The sales staff at Gordie Boucher is great and are always helpful in getting me into a new vehicle. John Newman does a great job and I have bought several vehicles from him. I'm really not impressed with the service department, there is no follow up or status updates to the customer on extended parts backorders. I had to call and inquire monthly to get updates. on my vehicle status. More

I am very happy with my vehicle. I had been looking and comparing prices and am confident I got the best features and price on my CX-5. Staff was very helpful but I will say that the loaner car I was given while my new purchase had a door ding repaired smelled strongly of cigarettes and shook rather alarmingly when coming to a stop. Also, the coordination and communication with returning my car/picking up the loaner could have gone smoother. The man driving was sent to my home with my vehicle during working hours, but no one had confirmed with me that I would be there. He then had to drive to my work for the swap. More
