Joe was great. Traveled 230 miles to purchase a 2020 F150. He talked to me on the phone, held the truck until I got there and everything went very smooth. It took 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Pick up was at 11, which was 4 hours to begin with and it wasn't ready until noon. My wife took her vehcile in their today and they are telling her things she needs to get fixed and replaced, when they were just completed within a coulple months from a different service center. This is not the first time they have tried to take advantage of the situation by squeezing money out of us. Even another woman standing by my wife hearing the service guy talk, stated she hates coming in here because they " prey on us women". This is the first time I have written a review for Gordie because this has happened multiple times and hopfully this might change something. More
