Customer service that goes above and beyond About a month and a half ago, I gave my car to someone who needed it badly. But that left me with no car--a bit of a problem. Having purchased cars fr About a month and a half ago, I gave my car to someone who needed it badly. But that left me with no car--a bit of a problem. Having purchased cars from Gordie in the past, I went to the website and browsed through the inventory and left my name and phone number in response to a website prompt. The first thing the next morning, I received a telephone call from Myrick Hermanson, who was very helpful. He made of list of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and actually added a couple more items, and sent me links to vehicles on the lot that checked my boxes. I studied them, and then Myrick drove the one I chose to my home for an inspection. It had everything I wanted and then some for a reasonable price--a Ford certified used car-- and I decided to buy it before it got away from me. Myrick returned the car to the dealership, had it washed and cleaned, and brought it to my driveway. So in one day I went from no car and no transportation to having the vehicle that best suited me in my garage. How is that for customer service? Eh?? More
