I leased it vs. Cadillac primarily because of the "Pickup & Delivery" service offered by the dealer, which is an amazing service experience. This service call was for routine scheduled maintenance, with only one or two minor additional items that required attention of the dealer. I am slightly disappointed that one of the items was not fully addressed, even though they had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. This is the only reason I did not give them "5-stars". Otherwise, I am very impressed with this dealership--both sales AND service--and I really like the Navigator! More

In 2012, we purchased a 2010 Fusion Hybrid Certified Used and have had it serviced at Gordie Boucher for many of the 80,000+ miles that we've had the vehicle. Sean and his team of Service Advisors (Ben, Randy, Alicia, et. al.) have always accommodated our busy schedule and the service work has always been fair and honest.
