Clarify estimate I was told my wipers needed to be replaced. After being charged for the rear one I questioned why it was changed because it states it was tested. If they had tested it, they would have realized the rear wiper is inoperable and it was not necessary to charge me for putting a new blade on the rear. In the past I had them quote me how much it would cost to fix it and that and it should show that. Ben has offered to credit me the amount so I hope that will happen at my next visit. More

Had an appointment for an oil change, and tire pressure sensor checkup. The service tech was rude from the time I got out of my vehicle. she never notified me when my vehicle was finished. I was there a to sensor checkup. The service tech was rude from the time I got out of my vehicle. she never notified me when my vehicle was finished. I was there a total of 3 hrs waiting when it only took then 1hour to finish, I was very upset that this happened I just wasted 2hours waiting. She was so unprofessional. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I will not be scheduling any future appointments with this tech. More
