Excellent service department. My family has been taking our vehicles here for some time now. They might be a little on the expensive side compared to a smaller shop, but that's to be expected from a dealer our vehicles here for some time now. Nice, friendly place to buy a car Keith Norris was the sales associate we worked with. Keith is a super friendly guy to work with and did a great job assisting us. He explained he is new to this dealership and the Mazda vehicles. This was evident as he often had to check regarding questions we had about the vehicle specifics. For me, it's OK to not know all the answers provided you are open and honest with me and then go get the answers. I'm sure he will familiarize himself with everything soon. Overall, this was a good experience for us. Our only disappointment was waiting time to finally sign our paperwork after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. Must have been very busy. I guess that's a good thing. More
