Dakota was very helpful in getting my add ons for my Maverick installed. Also, kudos to Jeff Vance for his assistance. Maverick installed. Also, kudos to Jeff Vance for his assistance. More

This was my second Mazda purchase from Boucher. I always brought my previous Mazda back to the dealership for service, and I will continue to do so with my new CX 70. I always brought my previous Mazda back to the dealership for service, and I will continue to do so with my new CX 70. More

I am beyond displeased with this whole process. Bought a vehicle from Gordie Boucher in Milwaukee, which I was told had a thorough inspection for any existing issues. 100 point, etc.. Two months Bought a vehicle from Gordie Boucher in Milwaukee, which I was told had a thorough inspection for any existing issues. 100 point, etc.. Two months later I start experiencing resistance in the wheel and the sound of rubber rubbing on rubber. I am recommended to go to the dealer, Gordie Boucher in Janesville at the Ford location. I am charged $225 for a diagnostic, and another 1150 to replace the upper ball joints and control arms on the front. This directed by Dakota. After the work is done the next day, I drive back to Madison and the squeaking and resistance in the wheel begins again. I am told to make another appointment come back down and they will fix anything that the service team did not do correctly. Rather than waving the service charge again, I am told by Dakota that I have to pay another $212 for another diagnostic. And quoted another $1600 for the replacement of the right front lower ball joint and right front outer tie rod. none of this is listed on the initial inspection report when I bought the truck. when the initial diagnostic was done in Janesville they didn’t find the ball joint or tie rod issue so I paid for two diagnostics. I’ve already paid for over $1500 in service on a truck that isn’t fit to drive and now being quoted again from Janesville, another $1600 at this point. I will take my service elsewhere. I will not claim the three oil changes that I would be using in Janesville that came with my truck purchase cause I have no faith in the work that they do. I will not recommend Gordie Boucher at any location to anyone. You don’t stand by your word in sales or service. This started out as an excellent experience with an excellent sales person and a great experience for the first truck I have bought and has turned into an ongoing process where I’m just hemorrhaging money and wasting time. At any point, I could been treated like a person, and a future long term customer, but I will need to need to seek that elsewhere, right? More
My typical car buying experience is after the sale, you are dead to them, and getting help with anything is not an option. Well, this is not this dealership. I had the same amazing service post-sale as I d are dead to them, and getting help with anything is not an option. Well, this is not this dealership. I had the same amazing service post-sale as I did pre-sale. I'm a huge fan of Boucher and highly recommend them if you want to be treated like an actual person when buying a vehicle. Top-notch service and tons of inventory for us to look at. The only critique I have, get some shades in that new showroom. That sun is a killer through the windows More
