I took the vehicle in for an oil change and it was serviced promptly and the car washed afterward. This was part of a purchased service plan and everything went well. 2 hours for an oil change? Lost my paper work? Waited 1 1/2 hrs before Monica came to say it would be another 20 min. The previous oil change, I came home and checked und Lost my paper work?
