Dropped truck off by 6:45 am and out the key in the box for service scheduled at 2:30pm. At 3:45pm, called to ask if trucks oil change was done and they said I never dropped the truck off. I told them it was dropped off before they even opened in the morning. The person on the phone then said they checked the box 5 minutes before I was there. Meanwhile there were people inside watching me put the key in the box. So they knew I put the key in there. They then said they will get the oil change done in the next hour. I got a call just before 5pm that the truck was done. Poor service and and accurately blaming the customer. More
