1) I requested a brake inspection because a month ago I got an oil change and they said then that my brakes were in the red and this visit they said were in the yellow and charged for brake inspection even got an oil change and they said then that my brakes were in the red and this visit they said were in the yellow and charged for brake inspection even though it contradicted what I was told previously and were not quite ready for replacement. 2) I described the issue I was having with my check engine light and that it was a previous issue I had last year and that simply changing the sensor did not fix the issue before and the records for my vehicle would indicate the correct fix. This was ignored and when I came to pickup my vehicle all that was done was the sensor replacement so I will likely need to return with the proper fix soon. 3) Was never asked for a car wash. I always say no because I do not use drive thru car washes due to paint damage. I came out to see my vehicle was washed and was the worst car wash I have ever seen. It was dirtier than when I brought it in and all windows had hard water streaks. I would appreciate the option next time. I have had good history with this dealer but my recent visit was unpleasant More

Out dated parts were installed not the new redesigned part numbers. This was the second replacement of the cam phasers all of which have the same original part number.
