John was very friendly as always. I was however disappointed with a few things. When I called to schedule the service we discussed the repair to the sun visor and what I wanted done I was however disappointed with a few things. John needed to be reminded of the need for t hi is items repair upon my arrival. Additionally, I scheduled an early appointment so I could get the car back at a reasonable time that day. Service was scheduled for 8:00am, and I had to call for an update when I hadn’t heard from anyone by 2:30 that afternoon. I was told it had just been finished, I asked what took so long and was told they needed to finish a car from the day before, prior to starting mine. This is a complete disrespect for my time, as that is exactly the reason I schedule an appointment, y the previous days delays are not my issue, but they turned out to be! I asked John what came if the visor and he was not knowledgeable about the situation and needed to consult with the technician; I waited another 45 minutes for a call back with an update. I had also requested an oil change which I realized after leaving had not been done…very disappointing, as I will now have to schedule ANOTHER appointment so this can be completed. John was also unfamiliar with financing options which was very disappointing as I’ve never had service performed on my car without an option being offered for payment. Apparently my Ford issued service card is no longer valid, but I was given limited assistance in arranging another option. Finally…I don’t know who’s in charge of the cashier window, but the woman that processed my credit card transaction, needs swift attention, correction, and possibly assistance finding a new career because she was AWFUL! She did not greet me, did not smile (in fact she glared at me which was very uncomfortable!), she NEVER thanked me, or said anything to me in fact. I just dropped $1,700. at your establishment and you can’t muster a “Thank You”? Now, I have no words, because that’s completely unacceptable! In stark contrast, my concierge ride was Awesome! I was delighted by Andres awesome personality and gift of conversation. More
