I was glad to hear that the dealership has a mobile service for certain items that they can do right at your house. It only took about 20 minutes for the service and the technician did a diagnostic tes service for certain items that they can do right at your house. Our buying experience was very positive overall. {we did all of our pricing discussion on line}. Also, with our salesman Joe J. there were not any strange games or unwanted upsells which was very {we did all of our pricing discussion on line}. Joe J. was professional and answered all our questions about the new truck and even sat down with my son inside the truck and gave him an orientation regarding all the tech features. Now, the not so good part... We were very clear with the finance/extended warranty woman that we'd be writing a check for the full price of the truck and that we also had ZERO interest in the extended warranty. We were crystal clear on those points... Unfortunately, she painstakingly described in detail all of the UNWANTED options etc. It was a huge waste of our time. We actually came this "this" close to just walking out and dropping the whole deal. I completely understand she was just doing her job and everyone needs to make a buck, but when a customer makes it very clear they're not interested in your products you should stop and just take the check and leave it at that ! More

They completed the tire rotation and had good communication. They thought a recall would fix my issue.
