Everyone I met for my first regular service visit at Gosch Ford in Temecula was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I only needed to wait 1 hour in the comfortable waiting room, where there is comple Gosch Ford in Temecula was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I only needed to wait 1 hour in the comfortable waiting room, where there is complementary coffee and water. Text messages offered a way to ask questions and also provided a link to the my vehicle's inspection report. Ed, my service advisor, presented a very reasonable bill for the service and then summarized the work done and the car's status. He had parked my car just outside the waiting room door on this drizzly day...nice. More
