Parts Manager is not easy to work with I'm currently driving a ford with a broken AC. I'm calling various Ford Dealers to get the part knowing they had multiple in stock and I am out of s I'm currently driving a ford with a broken AC. Still would not release the part and would rather I drive around in 100 degree weather than help to get my vehicle fixed. Will let all my friends in DFW to stay away from Grand Praire ford because of lack of parts department Service. More

All was great until finance. I felt really pushed to buy warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. Finance guy seemed very unfriendly once he realized we would not buy the warranty. warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. They tried to send in a closer but that made the experience much more frustrating at this point I no longer wanted the car. The pressure was just overboard. I was already paying more than I intended as the add on the internet was misleading about the rebate. Then to be told that the warranty would cost more and no offer to add it later on after thinking about it..well totally turned my great experience with sales to wanting to go elsewhere to buy. When I started to pack up to leave the closer quickly exited to save the sale. The paperwork was printer and I could feel the disdain from the finance guy who did not make his warranty sell. I was not informed of any payment details or how we would be contacted. Just instructed where to sign stick in envelope and told to wait in another room. Finance guy seemed to be angry with us. I waited to write this when I calmed down, and I still can't give 5 stars to the dealership, but you have an excellent sales team. More
