Tori was very helpful to recreate the conditions that my problem was happening in. Even with the complaints that I am sure came from her coworkers the next morning! ( gas leaking) When the technician arrive problem was happening in. Even with the complaints that I am sure came from her coworkers the next morning! ( gas leaking) When the technician arrived the next morning the correct decision was made and parts were ordered promptly. We recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid from Handy Toyota, Lee was our sales associate and we could not have been happier with him.
