I would not recommend servicing your vehicle at Handy Toyota. Over the last 10 years I've purchased 3 cars from Handy. They are the closest Toyota dealer to me and I use them for the complimentary Toyo Toyota. Over the last 10 years I've purchased 3 cars from Handy. They are the closest Toyota dealer to me and I use them for the complimentary Toyota 24 month service for my Toyota vehicles weather I buy them at Handy or not. My last service appointment I brought my new 22' Tundra in for warranty work. The vehicle had about 6000 miles on it. After half day of diagnosis Handy found I had a bad electronic sensor. They would not cover it under warranty and really gave no reason as to why they wouldn't cover it under warranty then to say my vehicle must have been hit without my knowledge and I should file an insurance claim. My vehicle in fact has never been hit and there is absolutely zero damage and no signs of any impact to my vehicle. The cost of the repair was over $1900. I immediately filed a complaint with Toyota and Toyota refunded most of the repair bill. I'll never do business with Handy Toyota again. Definitely not people I trust. More
