Ali and Eric were very helpful, pleasant, and able to answer all of my questions when I purchased my new car. Ali reserved an incoming car for me and didn't require a deposit to hold it, unlike other dea answer all of my questions when I purchased my new car. The customer service was terrible! It was almost impossible to get a call back from anyone but Darren! I was told I had to bring the rental vehicle back and had not heard about my vehi It was almost impossible to get a call back from anyone but Darren! I was told I had to bring the rental vehicle back and had not heard about my vehicle yet! Once I did get my truck back I had Nucar check the fluids. There were 2 fluids that were low. Those should have been topped off. I never have been treated like this as a customer before! My first and hopefully last Handy Toyota experience! More
