The service department prepped the car while we finished the paperwork. Reg the business manager even stopped by our home to pick up the title. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Handy's. Jamie made a point of introducing himself and made us feel welcomed. The final negotiated price was fair, one that we felt we were not taken advantage of but was also a fair profit margin for the dealership. Reg completed the transaction, throughly explaining the process, post sale options. Although there's another Toyota dealership more convenient to us we are committed to having all service performed at Handy's and will be visiting them again with our next purchase. More

My experience with Ali Kamal was perhaps the best ever. There was no pressure to reach decisions and I felt Ali was most concerned with providing me with the best possible fit for myself and my wife. We covered several vehicles (and prices) for a period of 2 or 3 days, and always felt Ali was especially sensitive to our needs.
