WOW! Great! all know that car dealers ares usually "car dealers".Not at Harbro. i just bought a used truck from them and MY salesperson Bob Cole was absolutely t all know that car dealers ares usually "car dealers".Not at Harbro. i just bought a used truck from them and MY salesperson Bob Cole was absolutely trustworthy. I was a little off on the tires that were on the truck and he said no problem we'll put new ones on. Done, it came with their 191 point inspection, E I when they changed the rear tires noticed that the brakes were so so, no problem they put new ones . Also, when i gave them my license and they noticed VETERAN on it, $500 bucks off just like that.. I've been recommending Harbro to all who comment on what a nice truck it is and they want to know where i got it and all. The absolute easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We knew we were looking for a small SUV and Mike had us test driving vehicles within a few minutes. I've never bought a car from any dealership before buying from Michael at Harbro in Whitinsville, my boyfriend has had a few experiences & not a single one of them was good - always a hassle & getting treate from Michael at Harbro in Whitinsville, my boyfriend has had a few experiences & not a single one of them was good - always a hassle & getting treated like you're just another commission check. Michael was personable & up front about everything, & was able to answer any questions either of us had. I walked in on New Year's day stressed out because the transmission in my current car went the night before, & walked out with piece of mind, knowing I was getting a reliable car at a fair cost.
