Granted, they had to deal with me waffling between car or SUV, but they never treated me as a chore or ever gave me a sign that they were exasperated/irritated with me, even when I would have been, and I've been told I have the patience of a saint. (I work with preschoolers.) Due to my work hours, I also had trouble getting out to the dealership, but they were helpful and patient there too. They listened to my concern about a lack of a manual and extra key and made sure I had both before I got the vehicle I chose to purchase, although I had not intended for them to go out of their way to get either for me. I had just wondered if they were elsewhere than in the car itself and if there was an extra key. They go through a thorough inspection of their vehicles and make sure you are happy. They stand by their claims. I have seen their service as well. My mother's car had a bad dent, and although I do not know his name, the man is a genius at what he does. I just cannot give enough positive recommendations for Harbro. More
Serviced my car First I’d like to say that the folks at Harbro went above and beyond when servicing my car. I brought my car in to have a check engine light checked. First I’d like to say that the folks at Harbro went above and beyond when servicing my car. I brought my car in to have a check engine light checked. They found the code to be related to the manifold. They didn’t see any visible damage and cleared the code in hope it was just a faulty reading. When that didn’t work the suspected a damaged manifold. They could have just fixed it and charged me $1000 or so. They suggested that it maybe covered under warranty. Harbro called the the local dealer to see and found out it might be. Harbro told me that the diagnosis fee would be around $125 if it wasn’t covered but would work with me on the price for them to repair it if that where the case. They even brought the car to the dealer for me. Come to find out it was still under warranty (it was bought as a used car). Harbro then went and picked up the car. When I went to get the car back I expected to pay for their time, but they didn’t charge me anything. So they not only saved me $1000 but went the extra mile. I have used them several times and can’t say enough about their services. I would recommend for both car repair and purchases. I have bought 2 cars from them and they stand behind their products.
