Hardy Used Car Superstore has been family owned and operated for 40 Years! Mr. Charles Hardy and his family opened their doors in Dallas GA in 1978. Charles Hardy had spent the ten years prior helping build Business and Commerce in Paulding County through his Home Building business started in 1968. Mr. Hardy was a life-long resident of Paulding County and cared deeply about his Community and his Employees which he treated like family. This was epitomized in his trademark slogan, ‘We love you and we need you!’

I purchased one of their promotional/loaner trucks sight-unseen after talking with one of their reps on the phone. After explicitly asking if there were any nicks, dents or cosmetic issues with the tr sight-unseen after talking with one of their reps on the phone. After explicitly asking if there were any nicks, dents or cosmetic issues with the truck, I was assured there were not since it was a promotional vehicle and anything of the like would be repaired. However, upon delivery, I found at least 3 spots where there were paint chips missing. If I had known, I would have still likely bought the truck, but the fact that I was told something different rubbed me the wrong way. Once I asked about the damage, all I received was a message from the salesperson stating that he would let his people know so that they didn't run into this issue in the future. Not sure if I was lied to, misled, or someone just didn't take the time to put their eyes it, but I do know that I was never offered anything to rectify the issue. Any which way, I don't think I will be buying another vehicle here. More
